Really pleased with a steady loss and feeling great, trying to walk every day and have stayed off the alcohol totally for the past 6 weeks. Think I’m going to keep that up, tbh it had got to be a bit of a bad habit for the past year especially.
I’m sleeping better and feel so much happier now I don’t wake up during the night feeling rough and telling myself I’ve got to stop.
This is a lifestyle change I’m keeping up for good, I love how I feel so positive.
