At what point to I stand up and say, "enough is enough?" How bad does my health need to get before I can't wait for inspiration and just get to work?How many times does the doctor have to say to me that it's time to make some serious changes?
It's not that I don't understand or am not able, I simply choose not to do what needs to be done. At 42 I have more health concerns than I should and no one can do anything about it except me.
Time to take this all seriously and put in the time and effort!

Wow, I have really fallen off the wagon. Time to get back on track and stay focused.

I definitely had lost my focus, but I think I've got it back now. Time to give this another go. Swimsuit season is coming and I would love to be able to take advantage of that this year.

The holidays are over. . . time to get back on track and make 2008 the year I accomplished my biggest goal. I have 99 pounds to lose and it's time to get busy!!!

My husband and I are doing the Michael Thurmans's 6 week body makeover together and we are both getting fabulous results. I finally understand why I had such a hard time losing weight in the past. This isn't just a diet, it's a lifestyle change. . . one I am ready to embrace. We've been on the plan for almost 3 weeks. I've lost 12.5 pounds and my husband has lost 11.5 pounds and that's with NO exercise!! I can't wait to see what happens when we start the exercises that come with the plan. . . . . . .
