Continuing with Max Muscle meal replacement shakes every morning. Have been exercising every day. At the gym I'm doing 30 minutes cardio, circuit of weights, then 15 additional minutes cardio. I've been planting flowers/gardening and walking the dogs almost daily. I've been doing lots of shopping, too. Very little down-time. Back pain limits my activity some time, but allergies are a much less issue this year! Still working to rehab right knee so I'm ready for my trip to Europe in September. Bought some cocktail dresses at consignment store that are clingy and above the knee -- really surprised that they look so good. Plan to wear one to Michael Jackson's cirque de solei show soon. Will see plastic surgeon in just over a week to discuss skin removal surgeries, etc. Very exciting but probably will suffer sticker shock (cost)! Off to the gym now . . .

Today I started drinking a meal replacement shake for breakfast. I also took a Max Muscle Quadra Cuts pill. It upset my stomach some. Went to the gym and NuStepped for 33 minutes and did circuit of weights. Then came home and walked dog further than ever. It was really hot, too.
