not actually weighing in, just being accountable. had a NSV today... had to go to a work lunch at a restaurant that specializes in all things cheese... mac n cheese, grilled cheese, etc. I chose a salad with walnuts, apples, balsamic and a little bit of cheese. it didn't have a protein option, so I ate a protein serving when I got home! another day conquered.

still not really weighing in bc it's only been about 1 month of tracking food and eating better. my guess is lost about 5lbs. Until I start exercising regularly, I'm not going to weigh in. I did have a few NSV over the last 2 weeks resisting the urge to eat out or have pizza delivered and I made healthy food instead. one day at a time. hope y'all are having successful days.

no weighing in. just tracking food bc I know I have not lost. I have not followed through with making an effort to increase exercise. focusing on tracking and eating healthy. I am struggling with trying to lose the weight with diet and exercise or seriously considering bariatric surgery.

here I am back. again. not weighing in today bc I already know I'm up cuz I feel it. feels like crap. focusing on tracking food. for the last 6 months I've been eating take out for one meal almost every day and not exercising regularly. BUT I'm not giving up.
