So. . .I went MIA for a week but now I'm back and ready to to go. . .today I only went 1% over my allowed calories!!!!!YAY. . .although I still might snack on some fresh radishes later, which are way healthier than say ice cream or popcorn!!!!!

ok so i see the problem. . .i eat way to much food and it is high in carbs and fat. . .normally my breakfasts and lunches are way healthier, my dinners however are still a problem. . .it makes me sick to look back at what i have consumed during the day, i have to get a grip on this and SOON! tommorrow is another day, wish me luck!

ok so here i am, thanks lance for telling me about this site! i really hope i can do this. . .actually hope isn't going to get me anywhere, i have to know i can do this! there are so many reasons i need to get healthy. . .mainly so my husband and i can have kids, so i don't get diabetes and so i feel better about myself. . .i guess lets get started. . .
