Well this is about time! I haven't been on here in so long, probably because I have been doing so awful. Thanks a lot guy for keeping me on track! Ok I guess that sarcasm isn't needed, I need to take reponsibility for the screw ups I have made. My summer is almost over here now, so I guess no goals are going to be met, but I am going to et new goals. I| so badly just want to live better but it is so hard!
Rigght now I a am going through a break up, and we al know how hard that can be. I eat to make myself better. Yesterday I skipped breakfast and lunch then for supper ate chinese, chocolate and pop. I SO need help staying on track and I just don't know where it is going to come from. Anyways I am going to try again, wish me luck guys.

Ok, so the past few days haven't been awful calorie wise, I am just not eating the right kinds of food. My man is back, therefore all the reasons to eat awful come back too (going out to eat, snack at movies and the list goes on and on). Solutions anyone?

I think my first challenge starts today, so I am actually going to weight myself, and keep track. I haven't done that so far, because I think it will be depressing! Oh well, I will just have to really really watch what I am doing and eating, so I do lose the weight!

I didn't do well today at all. I didn't exercise at all, and went like 200 calories above what I have been eating recently! I feel awful about it, but maybe I will be better tomorrow.

I feel better already! Ok I guess there aren't any actual changes, but I am happy that I am trying to do something. I am going to talk to a dietitian soon, then I will really feel like I am set. Tomorrow I start my first challenge in this site and I couldn't be more excited. I am not so much excited for the challenge so much as actual weight loss! Good luck to everyone out there on the same one as me, I hope we all make!
