Last day of P4. Due to my annual holiday plans with friends that we never break... I will not be doing a round until January. Just as well. It's probably for the best. Get my body back to normal. Probably will help shed the weight quicker due to a real break between rounds as opposed to cycling.
Anyway. It's been a whirlwind of 8 days.
-Offered a new job with a significant pay raise.
-Quit current job.
-Bought new (pre-owned) Audi Q7 (yeah, wtf? Haha).
-Put a reservation deposit on a new construction townhouse.
Wow.

So, I seem to be maintaining better than I thought... I had these nice dark jeans that I could not fit into in the beginning of this Phase 3 and 4. Guess what. I'm wearing them today.
After next round, the jeans will fit absolutely perfectly or be a little loose.
BTW. For those still afraid of eggs and haven't read up that they are actually good for you and your cholesterol. From April to today, mine has dropped 23 points. That's total cholesterol. And my good good cholesterol has gone up 8 points. I typically eat 3 eggs a day for breakfast... plus I tend to eat one whole avocado during lunch. How do you like that?

Okay... new challenge for myself... gym for 30 minutes every day... just 30 minutes. Total of 45 minutes to include walking time from my apartment to the gym...

"Fell off the wagon".... umm.. more like I decided to "hop off" for a little. Weekend of indulgence. Ice cream, hot chocolate, chili cheese dog, onion rings, gobs of sushi, cheeseburger.
Paying for it today.
Feel a little bloated... doesn't help that my TOM is coming in a few days.
Going to be eating clean this week... with tea... with hard core work outs to make up for it.
I need to make sure I maintain until Thanksgiving... going back to eating not so wholesome food is not going to help hahaha. But, at least I got all my summer food cravings out of the way.
Apple Fritters is my last crave until Thanksgiving... I'll get that satisfied this weekend...
