I've been doing some strength training? I wonder if that might be a variable. I'm a little disappointed

I feel like I have momentum. I have started to seriously exercise again. Why did I ever stop?

Everything continues to go very well with my diet. I have been faithful down to the last carb. I feel really good. A couple days ago I had a a few hours where I felt incredible energy and mental clarity. It was like I had brain fog lifted. It went away, but today I have felt it most of the day. I think that it is definitely related to my diet. I feel very sharp and full of energy. I've never felt better.
I am eating more in the evening than the morning. I would like to work on having larger meals in the morning and lighter meals at night. I always have a better day like that.
Sleep continues to be less than optimal. There is no reason for this. Just bad habits.

Started the day out ok. I need to give myself time to make a good breakfast, but I still got enough get through the first half of the day. I should have had salad for lunch, but I pushed through the day. Why? It only made me tempted to eat some cheap carbs. Luckily, I resisted...
I went to Mass as I always do on Sunday. During prayer I started thinking about the nutrition facts of a communion wafer and theology -- ha ha. "How many carbs are in that wafer?", I thought to myself. I figure that it is roughly carb. Of course as a Catholic, I believe that the bread becomes the body and blood of Christ, but Catholic theology also states that despite the substance change, all of the accidental properties remain the same. Therefore, a carb is a carb is a carb. I only half kidding. This is the only carb from bread that I will allow myself. The best part about it is that I can say that I did it for Jesus. That works for me. I can live with that.
I know I am not the only one thinking about this. I Googled it. I stand on the shoulders of others. ;-)
I remain 100% on track. Thanks to all for the support on this journey.
