So, it’s been a few days and as I mentioned earlier, I’d weigh in again, see where things are at and I’m back down to 90kgs. 👍 I’m very happy with that.

I say to someone- “It’s so easy to put weight on and a lot harder to take off” and they simply say with a straight face “well, just don’t eat”! Just wanna punch them in the face 😕 (no, not really) There’s so much more going on with our bodies, who here agrees?

Dinner 😋 simple Chinese food- something I’ve not had in a while, fried rice with sweet n sour chicken and Mongolian beef, not the healthiest but it’s still food and comforting 👍 gotta love end of day specials in your local food court 😜
