Just keeping things low carb, high protein. This week has been a major change with my choices. Shunning the sweets, bread, ect.. But it's been so cold and my appetite has went up.

I shameful admit 32 oz coffee and sugar free creamer was my breakfast. But I didn't give into the Cup of Noodles stashed under desk. Trying to cut back on carbs, and swap for healthy vegetables and lean protein.
