I ate very well until evening time. Then I couldn't seem to feel full, and I ate too much.

I would just like to say thank you to everyone in the FS community. Without your friendship, inspiration, and encouragement, the journey to a healthier life would be a much harder one.

I chose not to weigh myself this morning because I was "bad" this weekend. What's worse is I was a bad influence on my husband. He is trying to eat healthier too, but I couldn't stop whining yesterday until I got a burger and fries from Hardees drive-thru. Not just any burger, but the 1/3 pound thickburger.
My husband was not going to eat anything from there until I placed my order, then he decided to join in my badness. It's a shame I influenced my husband to eat something so devastatingly unhealthy.
Today I am determined to cook a healthy dinner for us this evening. It will not undo the damage of yesterday, but it's a positive step forward.

Ello, friends. Saturday morning I realized I have LOST my wedding ring. I am feeling devastated! My husband is not upset at me, but I feel so terrible about it, I just want it back! There is so much significance behind a woman's wedding ring, so I feel like I am greiving its loss. Please help me pray that somehow it will turn up.
On a good note, I discovered that "black" grapes are delicious! Very sweet and not sour.

Hello friends. For some reason I am not feeling like my usual "chipper" self today. I feel so tired, mentally and physically. I suppose everyone has days like this, it's just a little frustrating when it's your turn. Lord willing, I will be back to my norm in no time. Stay healthy, my friends.
