I have been working SO HARD on eating right and exercising for 2 months now, and I have only lost 7 lbs. I am so tired of doing this. My muscles are sore and I do not feel any better or stronger. I'm not looking for sympathy, I just needed to vent my frustrations.

Well, I guess if you eat a bologna sandwhich and a bowl of cereal in the middle of the night, you pay for it in the morning. Two pounds. Ughhhh.

Does anyone else enjoy working out with resistance bands? Mine come with hand grips on each end, and I am obcessed with them.
