My first week was good, in terms of sticking to it, but I felt bad the entire week, until yesterday. It was the worst Week 1 of a diet, ever, for me....headaches, weak, lethargic. I was also PMSing though (first time ever to have those symptoms!), so I think it was just everything combined. When I think about releasing this weight (Not losing it...when you lose something, that inherently means you want to find it again, and I DON'T!!!), I am bummed about how long it is going to take. At the end of the day, though, that time WILL pass whether I spend it getting healthier or not. I choose to spend it getting healthier. I want to be healthier than I am now at the end of the year, not the same!
