skip
Skipping seems so easy when you see a kid doing it - I couldn't believe how tough it was when I picked up a skipping rope as an adult!!

Beer

Ok I'm not going to lie, I love beer. I started my new way of living today and I am very motivated to stay on the right path. Anyone have any recommendations on the best way to conquer them alcohol demons? I know someone out there has "been there, done that". Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Joe
forget about the low or no alcohol stuff - you either like a drink or you don't - no two ways about it
I have this issue also and if it weren't for the wine and beer I would be pounds lighter
My solution to the issue was to leave off it till later in the evening to reduce the amount getting consumed
I got one of those kindles to occupy myself and it seems to have worked ok - hope this helps
