Just under set weight, so again no change.
Last four weeks I've biked a total of 1,379.6km (862mi) & climbed 10,318m (33,851 ft.) in 49 hrs 51 min. Calorie intake has been higher than usual to keep up (or recover) from some long days in the saddle.
So far still progressing in gaining sustained power and endurance, legs are complaining the odd day, but most days are ok and some days great.
Pic is of one of my "training partners", taken about mid ride (61km) today.

Still running under set weight by a few pounds when hydrated, so no change in recorded weight.
Hit some satisfying goals on the bike the last month or two also.. some very good days of fast, sustained efforts which made all the winter hard work really worth while.
I just returned from a short buddies golf trip in the nearby Rocky Mountains, we had some great visits, meals and fun times...scenery and golf were acceptable too 😎😁.

Sooo, warning...let me please brag a little.
Today I went out for a HIIT workout on a short (1:13 hr) bike ride to do both a workout and compare myself to other bikers by challenging a few competitive, local Strava Segments.
My goal was to bag two of them which I thought was pretty doable as my current power numbers are in good shape and matched up well with the segment leaders. In the end I managed to post five King Of the Mountain (KOM) times on Strava today, three of which I was just hoping to post a top 10 result from my efforts.
I am still grinning, feels very good...those long hard hours on my trainer, in my basement over the winter, have paid off!
Note: Apologies for poor quality pics as they are screenshots; the First screenshot only lists the top three "achievements" with a link button to push to list the rest of the segments rode. Second screenshot lists all the segments rode and the five segments that I posted KOM times on.
