Thanks for all the encouragement on my journal entry last week...it pays to stick with it. I am down a much needed pound this week and better yet I am only 2lbs away from a solid 60lbs lost! Can't wait to celebrate that milestone (probably having cake wouldn't be such a good idea, so I think I will treat myself to a well deserved massage or pedicure!)

So, I have been at a bit of a stall...178 and holding. I have been told to make sure i am drinking enough water, getting more sleep (need at least 7 hours a night) and actually cut back on some of my workouts (over stressing the muscles).
also, I checked in with the nutritionist and although my calorie count is not too bad she wants me to tweak my carb intake...no more than 20 -30grams of carbs in a single meal. So, when I was doubling up on veggies, this may in fact have been sabatoging me. She also said for me to not eat more than 3oz of protein at a time. Uggghhh, so much to think about! However, I am going to try these methods and see what next week brings me!

OK, so I had a rough week mentally. No weight loss for two weeks. yes I was upset, yes I was discouraged, but NO I never wanted to give up! This is one of the first times ever that I didn't let the fear of failure give me an excuse for quitting completely! that in itself is an accomplishment for me!
I am mentally back on track and i am looking forward to seeing a weight loss soon :)
