Lost over 10lbs the 1st week, but only 1lb this past week, I don't get it. I've kept carbs & calories below my goal, stretching and resistance band exercises, 60-80oz water every day. My scale isn't loving me.

Warm & spicy goodness for dinner. Hamburger, veggie broth, diced tomatoes, green beans, mushrooms, cayenne pepper and zero carb Better Than Noodles.

Started my first challenge this morning and excited for this next week. Woke up starving and decided to get through my coffee & 20oz water before fixing breakfast. So now it is time to make some bacon & eggs.
