Why oh why, after I lose a little more weight the scale ALWAYS goes up 2 pounds the next morning? I know what is causing it but it is kinda demoralizing after yesterday's joy in seeing 109.4 pop up on the scales!

OMG it feels SO GOOD to be 109 pounds! 4 pounds to goal! Then it's all about maintenance! Anyone have any good maintenance tips?

It's been a rough 10 days. I went to my doctor with what I thought was a pressure sore(turned out to be an abscess)and discovered that the odd rash that had appeared on my side the night before was SHINGLES. Oh, the pain!
If that's not enough, when I got the results of my bloodwork, I found out I have severe full blown hypothyroidism! My TSH was 10.4. Good news was that all the rest of my results were GREAT!!!
So now I am on thyroid meds. I am also taking an antiviral for the shingles and just started round two of antibiotics for the abcess. Sitting is still painful.
Medicine side effects have me constantly nauseous, headachey, and tired. Not a fun way to lose weight.
