Mom of twins (11 y/o). Have been fat all of my life and this is not being a good role model for my children. I have a hard time sticking to diet and exercise programs, start off strong then it fizzles out. My whole family is fat (father, mother (deceased), brother, aunts/uncles, cousins). Everyone has some health issue. I’ve been very fortunate and don’t want to be a victim to a health disparity. We have a very special event coming up in 2020 and I don’t want to have a double chin and it would be nice to walk into a normal store for a dress.
