bietjie bietjie maak meer... grateful for the scale going down. Last week was very hard given the work pressures. I hope as the week progresses it gets better...

We are in September 🌻🌻🌻 Spring time... The health and gym pressures just rocketed 🙆🏾‍♀️🙆🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️I'm reminding myself to be kind to self. This journey is mine and I should not allow myself to fall into the traps.... BREATHE!🧘🏾‍♀️🧘🏾‍♀️ Crash diets have not worked in the past, and they won't work now. Steady progress... intentional and conscious choices makes for a sustainable healthy lifestyle. I feel happy 😃and although my knees still carry a lot of my weight I'm sure they too are happy for the lightness. 🥰

May your week be great my fellow healthy eaters🥦🍗🥩🍳🥒🥑🍋... Keep smiling, keep sharing it really does motivate and remember to love YOURSELF just the way you are❤💃🌻
