Things are going okay. Friday was a bad day, emotionally and diet wise. I thought I had my mood swings under control but they seem to be going back to the way it was before. I'm thinking it's time to break down and see a doctor about it but not having insurance at this point is making it difficult.

While I haven't been following things exactly to the T I am seeing some results. Which is ultimately my goal. I am happy that the numbers are actually starting to drop instead of bounce around. I almost had a heart attack when I stepped on the scale this morning though. I had weighed last night as I usually do just before bed and the scale read 174ish and then this morning I don't know what caused my scale to do this but it read 158ish. I had to step on and off a couple of times and even have my fiance come and tell me if I was reading it right. I was. I then stepped off and let it turn off and then got back on it and sure enough it was much closer to what it was supposed to be.
