Started on my journey again. After losing alot of weight in 2008, 2009 brought on issues in my health and had to have a hysterectomy. Could not exercise and not being able to maintain the drive I had to lose the weight I am back where I started. But I did it once and can do it again. Joined Lucille Roberts and and working out 3 to 4 times a week I started in Feb of 2010 weight at 189 and now am down to 182. Have til May to at least get down to a size 12 or 11 dress size. My youngest son Joel is getting married and do not want to look heavy for the wedding. So strut strut to the gym, huff, huff work out. But it does feel good getting back into shape.
