Time to type away, I guess.
I'm doing well. I've been cycling on my exercise bike much more often, and even managed an hour-long session without a break. I've done a few 25-30 minutes sessions, varying difficulties.
I've been eating very well, I'm back into salads and even juiced tomatoes, some cucumber, and a couple of bell peppers today!
I'm focusing more on cardio, as planned, but I am starting to get a lil obsessed with my pullup bar again. Like, almost every time I go into the living room, I use the pullup bar a few times. I use various forms, sometimes slow, sometimes a lil faster. Sometimes I'll hold, sometimes I just drop.
It's enjoyable, but sometimes I get too obsessed and the last time I did, I pulled a muscle and it was very painful. (was on the living floor for a while)
I'm not calorie counting and no, I'm not logging my exercise, but I do take a mental note, so to speak.
Hope y'all are doing OK. Hope you had a good Christmas and New Year's. I miss being a regular here. Some nice, supportive people!
Ciao for now.

I've got something really good going with a very special woman. Lately, we've been trying to encourage each other to be healthier. I went and bought a bunch of veggies and other healthy things today. I screwed up in the morning, eating 1356kcal's worth of mince pies, which is insane, I know.
I've made up for my screw-up by having a salad later, then a tuna, pasta, and sweetcorn thing. Plus, I have just biked 1 hour without stopping (4/8 setting) on my exercise bike, so I probably burned a crap turn of kcal on that!
I'm just below 13 and a half stone still and it's not shifting, which I suppose is something. As it stands, my occasional workouts and random exercises with what I'm eating is keeping this body maintained. I'm trying to get back on that proverbial horse so I can get back to targeting the body I want, or at least close to it.

20:12 of a mix of light and heavy workout.
I've been slacking for a while now, and it's showing. I have gained some muscle in places, and I do still look 'ok', but I've gained more body fat than the last few picture logs I did, (I'm 13 stone, instead of my previous best of 12 and a half stone) so I'm feeling like I need to sort it out. I might try getting back into calorie counting, because I need that structure again!

Been a long time since I posted here. I'm a bit bigger (in muscle) and stronger than when I last updated, and I've lost a fair bit of body fat. Still have that lil belly, which is irritating, but hopefully it'll eventually go. I've actaully moved house. Had a lot of drama over thisaway so I had to move. World has somewhat been turned upside down again, but things are starting to settle. Still working out. The new place allows for more walking, so that's something. Still not counting calories, because I just can't be bothered with it, and don't feel I need to anymore. I seem to be managing well by "winging" it, but if I feel things are getting out of control, I'll try to get back into counting again. Hope you're all doing well.

I majorly screwed up today. The worst dietry screw up of mine since I started counting calories, and possibly since I started really losing weight. -_- I'm so preoccupied with studying and practicing German, the looming English exam coming up, trying hard to cram fitness where I can, remembering to actaully practice the guitar as well, looking after this place, being at least a little social, and trying to stay sane! I dunno how some people manage to just juggle everything.
