I dropped about 11 lbs/5 kilos after my 72 hrs dry fast. I wonder if I'll get to keep the gains after the refeed. Lets see <3

Just finished my 72 hours dry fast. I broke it by slowly sipping natural electrolytes and very little steamed veggies, and a watered down cup of lentil soup. It will take about two days for the gut to get back on track. I lost about 5 kilos/11 lbs in total

It's been a while since I did a prolonged dry fast. I'm okay except the dry mouth. I feel all my cells being busy :) I'll weigh in tomorrow right before I finish my fast. Can't wait to see how much it dropped.
