Doing a 24 hour dry fast. I also walked 11.5 kilometers (7.14 miles) today. The sun bright, weather is good (20 °C / 68 F) and I got an endorphine (happy hormone) surge at the 2nd part of the walk, I'm high from the free dope :))))

It took 2 weeks to get back under 112kgs after the 23 days dry fast refeed.

I'm greatful I can actually sleep at night. Sleep is probably the #1 thing that benefits our overall health. It should be a priority to imorove it, or fix it if you aren't able to, through a healthier lifestyle, stress reducing changes and mindfulness.
