It's time to re-focus. Since December 19 life has sucked. My car meant almost everything to me, it was my last piece of what I had worked so hard for over the 7 years I worked for the government an military. But I have to remember, I have two BEAUTIFUL children, and my life is completely about them now. And I need to give 100% to them instead of thinking about what I USED to do. In that I am giving up old habits; Starbucks (or two or three) a day, cookies or brownies always on hand, grabbing a meal because it's quick and easy... I'm done with that.
Even though I've been off track for about 2 months, I haven't gained back everything I lost, which makes me think I've really learned from being on fatsceret. But gaining anything is unacceptable in my book. I've been through a lot medically since the car accident. We think I hit my head and that I have post-concussion syndrome. Which SUCKS because I have daily headaches, I live in a cloud, and I can't focus on anything. It's almost like having ADD at times and I HATE that. I'm always a decisive person and I haven't been able to make simple choices. It's just not fun. I also saw my other doctor yesterday and now I'm going to have to go through blood work and if things don't look perfect I may have to have a biopsy. :( But none of this is an excuse to be slacking like I have. So now that all the craziness of in-laws, my son's first birthday, and going out of town is pretty much taken care of, I'm re-focusing on myself and my life and I'm going to get back to the healthy lifestyle I loved living and I'm going to lose the weight!

It has been a horrible month. I dislike how I feel. I haven't gained much weight back, but I still don't like the way my body feels. I am trying to get back on track but I've been depressed and the kids have been sick so I can't take them to the daycare at the gym. My husband hasn't been much help either. I'm tired because I'm on my period and because the baby has been up all night. Ugh I just want life to go back how it was before the car accident so I can be back on track and loving the way I feel!
