Sooo I went a little overboard with the Atkins Advantage bars... Haha Ummmm.... I ate a few to many, the *actual* number isn't important! Haha! so I weighed a bit more today about 205 but I'm not marking it. It's just water weight, not real fat pounds so I'm not going to mess up the beautiful slope of my weight chart! It is too inspiring! I am just going to drink lots of water and eat 100% perfect the next 2 days and I am confident I can get under 200! even 199.9 would make my day!! So I'm not going to freak out about it... I will just only buy those bars one or two at a time, and not in boxes of 5! At least i overate on those than ACTUAL candy!

I'm on fire!! I have officially lost more weight in the last 11 days on ATKINS than I did AAAALLLLL summer eating 12-1500 calories and working out like a maniac. WOW!
