Okay, so I got very sick from my first bottle of 100% food. I will have to come up with another diet. In the meantime, I am returning the rest of my order.
The slight weight loss is likely from how violently my body rejected this "food". What I didn't throw up left my body like I'd ingested laxatives.

losing 5.6 lb a week

Alright. Starting a new diet tomorrow.
I ordered 100% food from Space Nutrients Station. I will be dieting 4 days a week and then trying to make healthy decisions on the weekends (since I struggle with strict diets while out with my boyfriend). Monday to Thursday will start with a Slimfast breakfast shake (I can use the powder mix since I am not on the go, and it's a cheap alternative). I will be having 2 bottles of 100% food on Mondays and Wednesdays and 1 on Tuesdays and Thursdays with a regular dinner.
I will be resuming Zumba on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and I will try to find a hiking buddy for Wednesday mornings.
My goal is to lose 20 lbs by my sister's graduation. I hear most people lose about 14-16 lbs on this diet, but I'm younger than the other people I've seen trying this. I'm hoping the extra exercise might also kickstart my metabolism.

So I was being good about my ab challenge until yesterday. Honestly, my new work hours have been a drain, and I just wasn't up for the exercises that morning. I want to start again next week, once I know how to budget my time better. I also never started the diet shakes. Gotta get on that.

Alright. Life got rather distracting. I started a new career, and it began to feel like too much effort to keep doing my diet.
I'm starting again. This time, I'm going to do something simple for my workdays - diet shakes and small snacks. Weekends will include big, low calorie salads with lunch and dinner.
I also began a
30-day ab challenge
yesterday. It's 3 days of exercise and one day off, slowly ramping up the amount of each exercise. I have a car now, so I also really need to start going to the gym again (I have no excuse now). There are zumba classes on Monday-Wednesday that I can make it to and still have time to change for work. I think I'll try to go to the Wednesday one this week, if not the Tuesday one.
Edit: Here's the
coccyx balance exercise
I mentioned. I just do the up and lower motion for the challenge, but I plan to do the full routine (beyond what is in that video) again once I complete the challenge. It's fantastic for strengthening the trans-abdominus. Modern dance exercises are brutal and wonderful.
