Quitting my job and starting to do the things I love has really started me down the road to feeling better. While I haven't been following a specific diet, I have felt much less urge to eat crappy food. I have caught up on some sleep and found more energy for spending time with the kids and keeping up with the housework. I'm down to working 2 jobs for a max of 40 hours a week. The stress off my mind is putting me in a good mindset to tackle my goals.

So um! What happens when you take a job at a desk by yourself when you are used to working with people and moving all day? What happens when you eat constantly to stay awake while you are doing that job because you might be slightly bored? In the three months I had that job I gained 15 pounds. I made the decision at New Years to quit and put myself first so that is what I'm doing.
