I'm okay with that this week, I have been feeling rough all week and definitely eating more, I've needed the energy to keep me going. After today I can stop and recover, I am really looking forward to that.

Overall it's about a balance this week, I gained some, I lost some, comes out about even. I did have a couple of slip ups. Let's see if being back at work this week helps.

I went out for a meal with a friend yesterday, I deserve this increase, (giant cake dessert with cream)
