Considering the rubbish I've eaten this week that is not unexpected, I also have a meal out with a good friend this weekend, sure that's not going to improve the situation. Eating better is much easier in spring when food isn't the comfort it is on cold winter days ⛄

This was supposed to be a nice restful week off. My mum went in hospital Monday for a knee replacement, I was worried about how she would get on. When I was visiting her afterwards the terrapin escaped, it took 3 days to find him. Both mum and the terrapin, (bitey), are fine. She's coming home today 😁 It's not been a relaxing week. Food hasn't been ideal but it has been better, not through design though through circumstance.
