ok i learned a new thing that u can't go backwards in your journal so make sure u write when u want to.


ok Sat I did something I have not done since i developed. I ran on the treadmill. i did a 30 minute workout on the tread i ran three different times first 1, second 1 and the last time 3 minutes all at 3.5 and i also did 30 minutes on the elipitical as well as 2 15 minutes sessions in the sauna.

Then the next day i came back and did 15 in the sauna and 30 minutes this time i ran again it was 1, 2 and 3 this was so amazind and then i finished up with 10 minutes in the sauna. Both days i owed me an abs of tape work out. This time when i ran i ran at 3.7 and walked at 3.5 what a difference.



Now its Monday and I am excited to go to work to tell Liz that i ran. she was impressed and todays mission was to do more 2, 2, 3 and there would have been one more 3 but the treadmill lost my heartbeat and shut down at 32. something minutes making me miss the last run at 35 it was a 40 minute workout. tomorrow is the elipitic goal is to go backwards for a minute.

weighin is tomorrw and i am eating really bad tonight i hve hardly eaten my daughter had a hopital emergancy but its all good mabye i can get my 2 pounds off which will be the 1.5 i gained and the .5 i wanted to loose.

Today was not a good day i gained 1.5 pound from last week. I am truely sad of the weight gain it takes away from what i have been doing. I started in Nov 09 at approximently 276. It was slow and hard and i didnt really see a lot of weight come off fast until i started taking the phentermime 3 weeks ago. I take 37.5 mg every morning between 4 and 4:30. the first week i lost 7 the second week it was 4.5 and then a gain of 1.5 for the third week. I was on vacation last week and i did go to the gym for an hour 5 days during the 7 day time span and did the abs tape 4 out of my required days. i thing the weight not comimg off this past week was due to lack of water and a higher then normal sodium intake. I am trying to get back on track this week and consume my 100 oz a day and go to the gym and to the abs tape. on tuesday the gym instructer will do my 4 month assessment and show me what needs to be done on the equipment so i can start the next portion of my journy.


i am looking forward i have 19 to go to the 220 stale hold i have lost weight in the past but can not get past 223 and i am so looking forward to hitting the 220 this time around. I am almost done with my first month of the weight lost medication and have an additonal two more months to take it. I have also gone up to 10mg of byetta to assist with my pre-diabette and weight lost. i would like to see if i can get to the 200 which i have dreamed about for the past 5 years or so but if not as long as i am healthy and happy and in my tankini i am good.
