Okay so I tried a savory shake for lunch today. Black Beans Tabasco salsa sun dried tomatoes and cayenne and cocoa....It tastes good not sure I am sold on the texture for that flavor lol but it will fill me up and help kee my day light in light of drive through the last two days :D

Okay so I had to run through a bloody drive thru again today because of time. I skipped the soda, yay me! But well I had the fries and the chicken was chik-fil-a so fried and greasy and of course I HAD to do the sauces. On the up side I used a little less sauce than usual and only got the 3 piece tenders (tenders having less breading over all than nuggets and the 3 piece being the smaller serving)
The coolest thing is because of the calorie counter I knew I did not have a lot left for dinner since my goal is always a deficit of (calories eaten to calories burned) of 2,000 to 2500 and I skated in at 2028!!
Dinner was uber healthy tilapia loan baked with a little olive oil and frozen spinach sauteed with garlic and Olive oil. Oh and I sprayed on some balsamic on the spinach for the sour.

Wow so I knew you can use black beans in things like brownies. So I tried a serving in my shake this morning....yum!

Okay so I overindulged for lunch a bit. Popeyes will do that but I got only a 2 piece. I should not have gotten the soda, though, silly empty calories I am working on being less of a sucker for "it comes with the meal" I don't mind spending calories on food I love in small quantities but I have basically given up soda because it really is not something I crave. The beauty of the log is I can make sure to have a light dinenr and still come in at almost a 2,000 calorie deficit because I was good for breakfast too :) and wallked my hour this am.

Okay so I try not to chase the scale down as we used to say when I was on here regularly a a couple years ago but this morning its too good of news not to record it! back down to my low from last year!! WooHoo now time to go on and blast through to 240!
