According to the Mayo Clinic, a healthy daily ratio of carbs/fat/protein would be:
Carbs: 45-65%
Fat: 20-35%
Protein: 10-35%
So far, I'm right where I need to be...though I should drop a little more fat from my diet, probably.

I'm disappointed that my average RDI is at 91%. I know exactly where the problem lies though...and it's only been one week. I don't anticipate to see more than MAYBE a one pound drop in weight. My goal is to hit my ideal weight of 130 in six months or less. It can be done if I lose at least 2lbs per week (on average). I only have 49lbs to go!

Gave in to being sick today. Left work after four hours and went to bed. Didn't eat much today...wasn't incredibly hungry.
