You cannot loose weight by eating even one meal that is non-Atkins friendly because it takes you to Wednesday of the following week to get back to ketosis!! Learn this lesson and you will lose!! Now smarten up "me"!!

Although I set my goal weight at 133 and I am within 1 lb. of it; after reading Dr. Atkins' book again (particularly, the BMI chart), I have decided to lower my goal weight to 125 to take me into the proper range! I am moving into OWL now and oh, by the way, did I tell you "I love you Dr. Atkins"!!

The weight gain was soley due to a medical test I had to take, which involved fasting for a day, drinking copious amounts of electrolytes and sugar laden drinks! I gained 5 lbs. of water weight in one day! After my test, I went out and celebrated the good news with carb laden food (all the wrong stuff!) and then I felt sick! Back on Induction starting today for another week!! I'm glad I am because I felt gross yesterday eating all those wrong foods!! Oh well, here's to a better weigh-in next Saturday!!
