I seem to be going around in circles since I started FatSecret- my fault not theirs. I hate to think what I would weigh if I didn't record my food intake!I am able to judge my calorie intake when I can't get to FatSecret when I am out. I guess I could get an app on my iPhone. I really like this website for recording intake. Started exercising again after a 3 1/2 month break to lose weight by diet pill. Ha! Ha! It seemed when I used a diet paill and the Tota Gym I didn't lose but I know I gained muscle weight. That doesn't mean anything when I get weighed in at the doctor's office if I don't loose. Not exercising has caused my back pain to start again, pain down both legs and I am just not as strong in the arms and legs as I used to be. I have lost 7 lbs since my regain of weight a few months ago. It doesn't show on my FatSecret weght record because it was higher than my starting weight so it looks as though I didn't have any progress, which I did. I have exercised 3 times this week and I am pleased. I need to be down 10 lbs by the end of Jan 2015 when I go to visit my friends in FL. Probably still won't wear a bathing suit.

Back from 2 weeks in PA, 10 days in Myrtle Beach and ready to go to Charleston for 5 days over Thanksgiving. I had .2oz to -0- gain in that time. If I did gain I was able to get rid of it before my 11-14-14 weigh in. Tried Loose-It with SparkPeople in the sense I filled out information, but I don't think I'll try it. I did try an older version of SparkPeople and lost interest. FatSecret is so easy and a very good data base to use. I'll see how CityGirl is doing

Not my best day by far. Unplanned supper with Tombstone Pizza. 300 calories over. Will take care of next meals.

Went to Hendersonville, NC for a weekend at a Bead & Breakfast. Did not over eat as a matter of fact we only had 2 real meals a day. We did have one to two pieces of cake a day with coffee. We took snacks but didn't eat them. I think I am over 180 right now. NO room in my jeans. I am very uncomfortable in my clothing. Friends from Pennsylvania are coming in 3 days and I had hoped to lose 5 lbs before they get here so I would be comfortable in my pants. That's not going to happen. I am thinking of using the "Military Diet" for the next 2 1/2 days. Don't know! It is what it is.
