I've struggled with my weight most of my adult life to a point where I was 335 pounds by the time I was 28. I had lapband surgery 9/1999 and lost a total of 150 pounds but it took me 7 years and there was loss and gain during that time. I had problems with my band and gained again - 40 lbs. So I replaced my band with bypass surgery 9/2006. I was able to get down to 155 for a short time but mostly was at 160 and was able to stay that weight for a year. But now I've gained again and up to 173. So it's time to figure this out once and for all. For those who think weight loss surgery is the answer it's not, it's just a tool and you need to continue to work on it for the rest of your life. With the help of my amazing boyfriend who is also on this site we will get to our goals together!
Some of my goals are to loose 10 pounds by July 31st and another 10 by Sept 25th for a total of 20 pounds.
I'm 5'9 and live in Seattle.
