happy with this loss. consistent and steady.
This week has been so hectic at work. I haven't had the internal energy to do any yoga this week.. ironic I know because it actually gives me internal energy... but hey. so does an extra half an hour of sleep. tomorrow we do our Parkrun and then we're off to a small coastal town called Youghal for the weekend. I haven't seen the sea for 6 months and I am craving the sound of waves touching sand. we'll take in a fun trad music night and eat some hearty Irish stew and drink Beamish (100% nicer than Guinness). I'm looking forward to getting out of city-centre-living, even just for a few days.

Did all the activities today lol. Started with some light yoga. 5km run. Lots of walking around Suburban areas towarda West Cork to see what the neighborhoods are like out that side. definitely having feet up the rest of the day.
