Tracking: My #1 Self-Accountability Tool. Always helps to have a visual reference to check in on your goals. Need 12 runs to hit my 25 run milestone by my 1 year anniversary in Ireland, with 13 weeks to do it! Much consistency needed for the next 3 months!

I'm dropping some of that water retention weight from flying and plane food. yesterday, the detox menu was tomato soup for lunch, a slice of spelt and honey seed bread with some cheese and honey, and two beef burger patties and a big green salad. Stood on the scale and it read 1kg drop from yesterday morning. More of the same today. tomato soup & a spelt and honey cheese sandwich for lunch, mince with veggies and brown rice for dinner, banana for a snack.

meh. I tried changing my region but then I lose all of my connections and the social side of this app is the most important. ag well. will just stay on SA and do a bit of prep work by adding foods to favourites. also. chunky monkey today. first weigh in after an holiday... always looks heinous... will be doing some detox eating for the next few days and will start weighing in from Monday.
