Hi,
Well, I ate about 2 rice crispy treats and I had a small salad at Bajio. It was pretty salty and I ate some rice and beans. So, I am assuming I have some water weight on me.
All in all, I can't wait to start seeing the 160's. I remember on my mission when I went on a diet the last 2 months of my mission. It was awesome to see the scale go down.
I don't know if it is the hcg or the diet pills I am taking, but I am trying to eat right, follow the plan, not have too much sugar, not save all my calories for treats. I think I am doing it right this time.
Oh, I also had two candies from seas.
