Ok so my husband thinks that I'm crazy. He doesn't think that I need to loose anymore weight, and doesn't think that I've gained any. I have, I saw the scale and it freaked me out. 5 lbs may not be a lot but... after loosing close to 100 lbs, I got a little freaked out. I refuse to go back to the place where I was almost 2 years ago. Anyway, I'm starting to take my vitamins again and making sure to drink about 64 oz's of water a day. I'm pretty good on my diet, I'll keep recording my meals in my diary to keep up with my calories. I'm going to keep it 1400-1600 cals a day. That's seemed to work for me for almost 2 yrs, I've got to stick with it. I'm thinking I should up my fiber intake a little. So exercise today is ice skating and yoga!! :)

Sooooo I've been on my journey for almost 2 years now. I have achieved a lot! After the birth of my 2nd child I weighed 255 lbs! I'm now 155 lbs! Which is FABULOUS and I'm SO proud of myself for that, but over the holidays I gained 5 lbs. I was 150 lbs now up 155lbs. I'm frustrated with myself bc I do NOT want to go back to where I was. I don't plan on it which is why I'm keeping up with my calories and everything again. I still work out 5-6 days a week and don't plan on stopping that. I have started a new workout with kettlebells and my husband says that muscle weighs more than fat so that's probably why I have gained 5 lbs. I just hope he's right!!!!
