got back on track! stuck to diet 100% and was in the gym every morning and night doing cardio, with 3 sessions of heavy weight training every other day.

I was out of town in phoenix, i knew that was going to kill me! drinking with old friends, not eating as healthy as i would like and no exercise... oh well, back home and back on track! at least i didnt gain anything!

Ive been really strict this week about diet and gym, im excited and feel great! However im heading out of town, and the vacation kill me, although this is just phoenix for the weekend. Plus i HIGHLY doubt ill be able to stay away from popcorn (big movie opening!).
