Just started today...
I'm new but I think the problem with the term 'diet' is people think its either something terrible...or its only short term. I'm loving a lot of these recipes on here; so I'm kind of creating my own.

I was on weight watchers lost a bunch of weight, but couldn't stand the food. And then I gained it all back...and that was with no extra exercise.

I suppose its all about what you want/what works best for you. I wish you the best of luck! It's my first week starting tomorrow so we shall see how this goes. :]

Newbie Here
So this site looks really exciting...and I'm more than pumped to start some of these recipes!

Last week Thurs/Friday I tried the HIIT and I LOVE it...so I think I'm going to try it Monday-Fridays? Maybe Wednesdays off?

If anyone has some good exercise tips that would be awesome. I'm also working on gaining muscle so I did arms/chest on Thursday with a male friend. I am still sore!

I know I have to change my diet with the exercise, so the food part will probably be the most challenging.

Anyways I was wondering if there were any other new or long term that could use someone to talk to about highs/lows? I think that could be beneficial to getting to my best.
