Well I'm back and officially back to being the heaviest I've ever been in my life.
This whole Covid thing got to me and I feel as though the world will never be the same and the only reason I wanted to lose weight was to be out and active in the world and being locked up I felt no need to be healthy anymore.
I also wanted to lose weight to hopefully meet a partner and have kids and I told myself I'd only have kids until I'm 40 and then I'm giving up and Covid took two of my last three years so I was depressed that was a dream taken from me that I'm like 80% just giving up on now.
Now though this weight is harder on me now that I'm older and I want it off to yes, look cute, but this time it's very much also for my joints and back.
A bit in shock that I'm heavier than other, kinda in denial - but it is what it is and I'm going to lose it.
I just joined the keto Factor meal delivery service to get the ball rolling - they had a first time user deal, 18 meals for $108 and OMG they're SO GOOD! A bit pricey after the intro pricing BUT I decided I'm going to attempt to get lunch and dinner for only Mon-Fri for a few weeks and see if it helps and just enjoy it because the food is outstanding and it really does make me happy to have it....
