Today had to be the toughest day ever. My anniversary with my husband and I don't even know where he is or what he is doing it is killing me inside. It hits me worst when I go to bed. I cry alot, I miss him.
Today was my first day back to work since the heart procedure and him leaving, so it was a "quiet" day for me there. I just did what I had to do to make the day go by faster.
I know over time it will get better, but right now my hurt heart is so broken that I can't see the minutes or hours in front of me.
I received so many compliments on my 30 lbs weight loss since May 12th to now, but it really has no meaning, since the pounds were lost out of hurt and sorrow.
You don't have to read this I just needed a place to spill my guts, since it is all bottled up inside in hurt.
I hope I look back at this in several months and see how stupid I was.

Over the past month so much has happened.
I had heart problems and had to have an ablation and icd (pacemaker/difibulator) put in. And in the middle of that my husband left me.
I'm losing out of illness and sadness right now.
