A little blip up overnight of 100grams but overall for this week have lost a whopping 1.5kg. Very pleased with that.
On top of that the inflammation has gone on the left side of the body. Size wise I reduced 3 to 4cm in waist, hips, chest and back as well as 1 cm or so for all other areas. Amazing for one week.
Very pleased with this. Was able to source a healthy meal mediterranean style when I went out to lunch yesterday too. Just because you have a way of eating doesn't mean you should stop socialising. Had a warm salad with roasted veges, walnuts and goats cheese with a small amount of lamb. I calculated calories as best I could.
Next stop 80kg!

Finally under the 83kg. That magical figure, to me. Now for an ice cream treat. 🥳😜😋 I’ll update with details when I get the ice cream.
Mid week weigh in and looks like this weeks going to be a doosie. Lost 1.5 kg so far this week. Official weigh in and measure on Saturday and I am going out to lunch on Friday so anything could happen. Having Mediterranean food as it seems to fit better with my eating plan. The person I’m going out with is also on a similar way of eating with low carbs and sugar. So this should work fine. As always I will take note how my body reacts. It’s hard when you go out as difficult to measure the nutrient amounts in the food. But the cleaner the food, the less I am concerned. I refuse to stop going out, I’ve changed my focus to the company and good times, rather than what goes in my mouth. For me it’s about focussing on my health and getting myself into the best position health wise prior to surgery to aid recovery. I am trying to stay strong, focussed on the end goal, and keep faith in myself. Losing weight is full of mind games especially if you let the numbers get to you. Hence why I use a number of APPs to record different things about my journey to boost my confidence when the numbers aren’t moving downwards. Don’t give up!
Next stop 80 kg of course. Don’t think I will make it before I see the surgeon but you never know. Onwards and downwards. 👇
PS . . . . . I walked 22,334 steps inside my house yesterday. Not bad on a snapped ACL. You can do anything you want to. Remember that. ❤️

And there’s the inflammation going. So pleased. I just needed patience and to stay on track which I did.
Another 600g drop overnight. So that’s 1.2 kg lost in 2 days. Definitely clearing that inflammation and bloating. Even my mouth peeled during this time. Clearing now. 83 kg is my first celebration. Only 100g to go. But I know the weight may toggle a bit before I lose that last 100g. It’s all in your mind.
You might think 83kg is a strange goal. But that’s the weight I was when I gathered the strength to leave my toxic violent marriage. That was a turning point in my life, you could say it was a life or death decision. I chose life. So looking forward to an ice-cream once I reach the magical number 83. 😀
