I think I'm back on diet track after nearly 2 months of sporadic tracking (using LoseIt). Not sure if I will keep using this because Lose It seems more user friendly, but the forums there suck.
At any rate, I did my workout. Drank so far great water :) My stomach is getting the feeling it has when I was at a proper weight, meaning for me open and not full to the point of being uncomfortable. To that end I decided to start reading Shrink Yourself because I think if it can help with my boredom eating, even just a bit, that will help. I don't really have stress eating, except for during visits from relatives. I can't figure out if it is from wanting people NOT to comment on what I eat or if it is just enjoying them socially, but I'll figure it out eventually and take appropriate steps :)

Strange to read these old entries after a long break from fat secret. I've come a long, long wise fitness wise. I don't know if I posted before, but I did go to physical therapy and it helped a bit. But then I discovered yoga after several unsuccessful attempts at Pilates per the PT people...bored me to tears. I started slow and laying on my back was painful even. I'm shocked at what I can do know. I've come a long way, but more to go. I think with the weight loss my body habitus will enable me to go farther as the tummy leaves. I hate being apple shaped, except my legs do rock ;)
