I need to buy a jump rope, a hula hoop, and drink a lot more water! Overall plan is walking a lot, every day, and in the fall I'll be able to start weight training. I also need to stop the binge and purge cycle I've been participating in almost all semester. I attribute most of the weight gain to that (my eating disorder- not otherwise specified)
