I knew the Sbarro Pizza yesterday at 710 calories in one slice consumming almost as many calories as I had been taking in a day would hit hard and it did...the pound I lost came back this morning. They say not to weigh everyday...but I do...just to see the affect of the previous day. I didn't exercise as much as I normally do and didn't get out for my walk. I try to walk 30 minutes a day and use the stationary bike....only rode the stationary bike yesterday...it was rainy also most of the day. I'm learning choices...and cause and effect with my weight lose plan and exercise...I will keep going!

Holy shit...I had a slice of mushroom and spinich pizza at sbarrao's and thought I was making the right choice! Guess it is healthier for me than pepperoni etc. We were going to see a movie and went to the food court...what a shock when I pulled up the calories, carbs, sodium....ugh...710 calories in 1 slice...It was good however!

Happy to see that I have gone down a pound....in 4 days...not so bad! And I even had a few splurges this week.....

I didn't record the weight in my journal but I'm down 1/2 lbs...I don't record unless there is a change of at least 1 lbs and it stays that way a few days...don't want to see ups and downs...lol! I'm learning to figure out the carbs....and decrease them. I've done well on fats, sodium and sugar...but haven't been real clear on what is high in carbs and whats not. I'm happy with my progress....went down another pants size to a 6....in June I was wearing an 16-18. I bought my first short leather jacket today...double breasted and it fits...and there are no bulges....wow...I am now wearing "skinny jeans" never thought I would be able to...didn't even know they existed...I knew I could only fit in elastic wasted pants before....

I know I'm not doing enough rigourous exercise....had been walking more, but since the weather has gotten cooler and it gets dark earlier I'm not doing it. Then I wonder why my weight isn't going down anymore. I've been taking these Acai Berry cleanse pills it is helping to maintain (I think)...and get out some stuff that shouldn't be there. I do drink Slimming Green Tea every evening I think this is helpful
