I am a 30 year old who is trying to be an athlete. Scratch that, I AM an athlete who is trying to be better. I have about 25lbs of fat to lose, but hope to gain plenty of muscle along the way. I have been working out hard for the past 2 years, but have struggled to stay on track with nutrition. I am doing my second fitness competition this summer and hope to be in the best shape of my life before then.
